I have the torque app with a $10 Bluetooth obd reader. There's a formula that generates the % for a custom created PID. You'll have to Google it. It was good reviews. But I've been on straight e85 so I dunno if it's working or not
So, I finally had a chance to connect Torque Pro to my car and I'm getting no readings at all from this PID. Any idea what I may doing wrong? 2015 Z51. Thanks.
Haha, yeah. I called the performance shop that did the work and they said they needed to 'turn on' something so the OBD reader would read the ethanol level. Getting that done Monday.
Which OBD II reader do you have? My performance shop could not get the PID to work on Torque Pro but their OBD set up read the ethanol content just fine. So, I'm wondering if my OBD reader just can't read the ethanol.
