Default 9.61 @141 mph MTI 800 Package at the Track last Weekend

9.6 @ 141 MPH
MTI 800 HP package running the number! MTI Stealth Series cam and bolt ons. No blower porting or head work and stock throttle body. This car drives like stock and shows what MTI spec’d camshafts + in house tuning can do. This car is on E85 with our lowside fuel system kit also. Stock Tq convertor as well.

Congrats. Awesome time right there. Also on my home track as well. I am ready for another track day and I am hoping mine will be very close to this as well. I went 9.90 last time out there but that was with a 1.6 60 ft. Your 60 foot was awesome. My tuner did some changes and it should get that number down to 1.4 60 ft

I started with full bolt ons with meth injection. That's was not enough so I put it back in shop and went all out. Heads, cam, 103 throttle body and ported the blower and snout, Low side fuel system running e-85.

Don't know him yet but would like to. Is he from the Spring / Woodlands area. I think I saw this car earlier this year out at the track. Was this car originally done by KP racing?

Great times, especially that 60'.

Is the 1/4 mile trap speed on the low side considering it went 115mph in the 1/8? I'd expect it to be 144-145mph. Am I off?

These cars don't back half like a centrifugal blower car or Turbo and to keep in mind this car only made 730 to the wheels

I think the 800 HP refers to crank HP not RWHP. In a post above Billy states the car made about 730 RWHP. Very impressive never the less.

18s. We use kooks headers and OEM cat back. These A8 leave better that way and we have it in touring mode.
