[WA] 1954 Corvette Pennant Blue Project $30K
For Sale: A 1954 Corvette that was originally a Pennant Blue car. It has been completely dis-assembled for a total NCRS restoration. My dad started this project in 1967. Back in the 80's some of the front end work was done (very nicely). I will see if I can still find the paperwork for it. It was done by a Corvette guy who specialized in these in Seattle. The frame has been completely restored and power coated. I have almost every single part for it. Chrome, nuts, bolts, smalls, a little of everything. Front grill and oval are in excellent condition. Most everything is original. There are a couple pieces here and there that were purchased for the resto.
Some new parts, wiring harness, brakes, brake lines, mufflers, front rebuild hardware.
Please keep scrolling down, for some reason the pictures ended up in the middle of the text.
The straps were gently placed and not cinched down to hold the car on the specialty built Corvette moving dolly.
If you're good at fitting chrome, this car is for you. If not, maybe a resto mod. My thought was to put it back together to make it a daily driver with a modern chassis and drivetrain. Not a hopped up super car, but a nice comfy modern cruiser. I just dont have the time or the space right now to make that happen.
The motor, transmission, head, rear end, front end, all original and numbers matching. If you're serious, please feel free to email me any questions, or come take a look at it. I know there's more questions, than answers I can think of before hand. If you'd like some specific pictures or more, please let me know. As I take some better ones, I'll uploaded them. I'm moving and would like to be gone by the 1st of the year.
$30,000 OBO or some trades to be considered.
Also, if it makes it a little more enticing and easier to move for those not in my local area, I can also sell my 2010 22' double axle enclosed car trailer as well. Car and trailer make a great pair!

Melting Slicks
Can you document how complete, or incomplete the car is. ie. what parts are missing. This will affect the value. What numbers are on the carb.?

Growing up I was always told "every nut, bolt, washer and cob web" were there. So far the only thing that I know of (but still may be found in a box of parts
) is one of the spear points on the front chrome. All the rest were in the same bin. I did have someone who came to look at it tell me that the drivers door mirror is not correct for the year. I will post some more pics of the carbs along with some other pics I have run across. If you want some more detailed pictures or more info, please feel free to contact me.

This car has now been sold.
I'd like to thank everybody for the interest in the 54. It sold a few days ago, I just haven't had the chance to get online to officially say sold! It sounds like it's going to a very good home. Thanks again.
