Default Reliable repair shop near Austin TX (Harker Heights TX)

Hello all, First post and newb to the forum site. I just purchased a 1965 Corvette and had it delivered on Friday. I was deployed when I purchased it and it arrived the day I got home. I was super excite to receive it but noticed a crack on the top of the bell housing of the tremec tko transmission. I talked to the seller and he wants to make it right so now I'm looking for a shop that will do good work an be fair. If anyone has a good shop that is trust worthy and proficient please let me know.

check with a local Corvette club and just for future reference a 1965 is a C2, this forum is for C3, 68 to 82.

Thanks I’m tracking it’s a c2, I posted there as well was just looking for a shop that worked on resto mods/ earlier corvettes or tremecs. I figured the c3 group may have had some good suggestions as well. I got some good references to check under the c1/c2 forum.

Chief65, I use Austin Corvette exclusively for my 70 and 95. They have always done right by me.

My friend had a motor installed in his C1 at J&Z Auto Works in Liberty Hill and was pleased with the service.
