When I need to jack it up from the rails I used a piece of wood.

Help me out here. What does that piece of metal accomplish that the piece of metal that is the jack pad, fail to accomplish?

To ME, it looks like that thing would straddle the pinch weld, and smash the **** out of your 'glass rocker panel.

IDK why folks complicate the simple act of jacking up a vehicle. My mechanics do it too...so it's not just private folks, "pros" do it also. (?)

An interesting product but I also use a block of wood.
I am more interested in the floor jack adapter that goes up between the exhaust pipes and lifts the rear by the differential.

Never could figure out why anyone would want to use one of those. any simple piece of hard rubber or a block of wood will do. I agree with Tom about smashing the rocker panel.
