Default Fresh Air Vent outlet issues (missing)

I decided to tackle the lack of fresh air vent cables and doors issues on my 65 coupe. I have the cables, doors, seals, grills, but when I went to install them, I found issues on both sides. I believe the passenger side is in better shape, and is almost ready for the doors, but the fiberglass outlet doesn't have any holes for the door pins. Is there any documentation on positioning those holes? Or am I missing something else?

The drivers side is where I'm really worried. It doesn't have the thick outlet lip at all. Looking around I think it's missing GM part number 3797314 (vent door fiberglass outlet). I found that doc rebuild used to have them but they are out. Does anyone know of a source for one? And is it possible to just cement it in at this point?

Dr. rebuild link

Passenger side (looks ok, needs holes for door)?

Drivers side: Looks like it's missing the flange/duct that door sits in/on?

Thanks,
Brian

Did you find an answer to your question? Just curious. I haven't been into this area on mine yet.

Looks like some fiberglass work to me....not monumentally hard and in an area where it won't be seen so perfection isn't required...

Or you could Make An Offer on this piece to straighten out the DS and make your life a bit easier...I would think the seller would be pretty negotiable as I haven't seen a ton of demand for this repair part:
