Burning Brakes
I can’t answer your question about shops in SC, but if I were you, I’d make the drive out to Vengeance Racing in Georgia. They’re a top notch shop that would definitely take care of you.

Depending on where you live in SC, PCM of NC does great work. I had headers, cam, and a tune there. There is a waiting list, I had to wait 2 months.

Your closeby to many, Williams Corvette Shop & D&M Restorations both are outside Sumpter also Millikins Corvette Specialist outside Greenville. And Jamison custom Corvette 843-552-2024 south of Summerville, they enjoy one of the best reputations in the S.E. Speciality Corvette AKA Above and Beyond Auto In Summerville on 17A Martin and Ricky 843-771-0215 Nemesis Racing of Enoree, SC (864)978-8191 And http://theshowzone.com/sz/ in N. Charleston. Mike Bruce @ BB Corvette 803-409-9600 outside Columbia.
I’ve not used any of them as we have a certified Corvette specialist here in Beaufort County. Hopefully someone else has a suggestion for you. Good Luck.

Please do some diligent research before you choose a shop. Ask me how I know that.
I am a complete novice, but have had some professional training from the school of hard knocks.
First thing I didn't see mentioned anywhere is, and I highly recommend you get the headers ceramic coated. I didn't with my first set, and always regretted it.
Your headers, mid, and x-pipe, cam selection, and installation are all equally important as well. A good reputable shop will take their time working with you on this to obtain your intended goals. (Sound, performance, drivability, etc.) and perform a thorough preinspection of your vehicle for any damage, prior to working on it.
And finally, the tune. Very critical for optimal efficiency, reliability, and other things like emission testing, if applicable. Even if you don't have emission testing you'll need to consider high flow cats or off road pipes.
You probably already know all of this, and if so, I'm sorry to bore you. Like I said, I've wasted a lot of money learning what little I know and don't want others to jump in unaware.
I wrote a very long review on my experience with Vengeance Racing in the transaction section recently. That explains in "too much" detail why I recommend them and they have earned my business for life.
And finally btw, they are 250 miles from me, but well worth the drive.
Best wishes
