I suspect not. The C5 had steel frame rails while the C7 has aluminum frame rails. The aluminum wall thickness is thicker so it depends on how tight the jacking pucks fit when turned 90 degrees. As I recall, the normal C6 pucks would not work on the C6 Z06, which also had aluminum frame rails.
The length of the T-nut shaft plus the thickness of the spacer between the T-nut and puck on the Reverse Logic jack pad is such that it will work with either the steel of aluminum chassis. That's why the tool is sold for C5/C6/C7 cars.

Not all of them are the same.
I have a set that fit on my '05 and my '08 base, but do not fit on my '14. I also have a set that fit on my '09 Z06 that fit perfectly on my '14. The aluminum frame is thicker than the steel frame.
However, if you have a set hanging around, check and see. I doubt they'll fit, but, your knees will curse me.
If anyone needs jacking pucks that work well & don't cost much I bought a set of these for $25 during the summer of 2017 (1 year before I bought my car since the price was so low). Their current price is $25.99. The pucks work well once you adjust the eye bolt so you get a snug fit. They even stayed in place during the 22+ mile drive down to Discount Tire last month (I didn't want to mess with installing them in parking lot at Discount).
BTW, the box they come in is just the right size to fit in the storage compartment in the back & it keeps all of your pucks together so you'll have them when you need them.

Make your own with used hockey pucks. Much cheaper....unless you like the colors.

The majority of Vette owners probably never use jacking pucks on their cars & that's fine too. I was just making people aware of a set that's relatively inexpensive compared to what others charge. I can understand if someone can't scrounge together $25 ($25.99 now) because that kind of money doesn't grow on trees.

I did not have them laying around either. But I went to Play It Again Sports, (used sporting goods) and got them for $2.25 each plus hardware. Grand total..$12.00.

They can also be bought cheaply from places like Academy, Dicks Sporting Goods etc..for less than $2 each (even less than you paid). Not all Play It Again Sports have hockey pucks in stock either. But here is the thing, from my house to the nearest:
Academy - 21 miles
Dick's Sporting Goods - 31 miles
Play It Again Sports - 34 miles
I would have to waste time & gas to drive 42 - 68 miles round trip & spend lets say $8 - $12 for the pucks plus the eye bolts (also needing to make sure I buy right ones so the eyelet isn't too small or too big for the slots in the car) & then spend the few minutes to drill/assemble them. By that point how much money did I really save vs. buying a set online for $25 shipped that is ready to use out of the box.

I was trying to point out what worked for me CHEAP with very little time and gas needed. Showing members there are other options available if you are handy and have these businesses close by.

It's not complicated but if you have everything around the corner, unlike me, then that makes things a whole lot easier. I posted that Amazon link above, $6.61 for 6 pucks. That's a good deal. You could build a set for less than $10. But the convenience of just pulling them out of the box ready to use for $25 is worth it to me. As I said most places charge more for a set. Like you I was just giving people another option. To each their own.
