C2 of Year Finalist (appearance mods) 2019

Default My driveway back in the day!

In the early days of my car collecting. It’s hard to believe how reasonable they were back then. But I couldn’t just have one. Nothing has changed today. Except the price LOL

I too remember those days. I have gotten over it--well almost.

I am trying to get down to just my 57, 65 Corvettes my old 99 Ford pick up and my 2011 RZR 900. I still need to sell my hot rod jeep and my 66 Charger.

over the years I sold some of these to upgrade to better ones but still always stuck to 63 to 67 not because I thought they were worth anymore back then but more because I liked that style.

You guys are way ahead of where I was back in the day. I focused on 63-67 too but never had more than three at a time.

My favorite is the 65/66 mild flares, triple tail lights. Soon as I sell my EType I plan on building one of those exactly like that.

GREAT Pictures. Reminds me of the days my driveway had my 66’ sitting with my friends cars- both 65’s- a coupe and a roadster. Wished I had taken pictures but having those cars sitting together was just a normal everyday not unusual event. If we could only go back to those wonderful times. Back in the day was GOOD.
