Default parts from Willcox

Looking to buy fuel lines, parking brake cables, and trailing arm shim kits. Willcox seems to have the best price on the combination. I've never bought from them before. Any opinions would be appreciated especially about the shim kit as online it doesn't note the number of shims or grade of the bolts. PM response is fine if you don't want to to public.

Yes, you can trust Willcox. If you have questions, send them a pm or call. They are very responsive.

You’ll be fine ordering from them. They are an active forum sponsor and are responsive if there are any problems with parts or orders. With the forum discounts, you’ll be hard pressed to do better.

Willcox are awesome vendors. I would purchase all of my parts there if they offered everything I needed.

Just be careful of shipping and handling. Bought a window switch recently and the shipping and handling for about an 8 oz. item was $14+, Never again. Fool me once, you know the rest.

Willcox is great and provides lots of help around here.

No matter who you order from make sure you check shipping charges. Sometimes you can get a better deal from the same vendor by buying on Amazon or Ebay.....same part, same vendor, different shipping charges.

Also, shop around since some vendors will sell the same parts (actually from the same common place) for less, and for different shipping charges. Like a BIG DIFFERENCE in shipping charges.

I recently ordered parts from RPIdesigns (one of our supporting vendors) just because they had the best shipping charges. Prices were similar but shipping was a big difference. Look around.

There are also some outfits that have wonderful prices but the shipping is ridiculous---

Wilcox is the most knowledgeable supplier that goes out of the way to share information.
They have great help information available also.
Highly recommend them.

I bought leather seatcovers and foam from Willcox and am pleased. USed the discount code on the weekend sale and saved 20%, that was quite a savings considering the cost of leather...

I tend to buy from Willcox if only to give a bit of payback for all of the help Ernie has given me through the years.

Ernie helped me buy a De Witts on sale, I screwed up, and he called me at home while he was on vacation to straighten it out. THAT is personal service.WAY above the call of duty.
