Default 1969 tri power

Did the 1969 400HP 4-speed with air conditioning use an idle control solenoid or was this only used on automatics?
Thanks.

Mine doesn’t have one either. It’s a November build and I have been told they didn’t have them
until later on in the year.

With a serial number of 18283, I would guess it would have been built about midway through the year.

Must be taped-up with the wire harness as I don't see anything out of place. It would have some kind of plastic connector attached (perhaps cut-off) but nothing is visible that I can see.
