2007 Convertible Headliner
The headliner on my 2007 convertible just started sagging above the door window on each side of the car.
I have searched the forum for this problem and a fix but haven't found anything.
The headliner is not getting pinched and no holes are warn - the common problem I have seen posted about this headliner.
The picture below illustrates the problem.
Any direction would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

If you have a diagram, you could note that there are many stings putting tension through the roof material.
Just perhaps a string broke?
Not similar to your issue, but I found a broken string on my '05 by lifting the top & tonnoe (sp) partway.
I also recall at the rear upper corners of the head liner (over your shoulder) there is two sided sticky tape
factory applied.
Perhaps the bond has broken?
Just some thoughts...good luck.

I’m on board with this. A local trim shop did all the C5 top adjustments for our dealer and he is good. I’ve used him for adjustment on my C5 top and seat and interior trim on my C6.

Mine doesn't have the problem...."Yet". And i'm surprised it hasn't shown up more often. These C-6 vert tops and all their workings aren't exactly the highest quality if you take my meaning. Keep us posted on any findings and good luck.

I am in the same boat, my low mile 2009 vert has the driver's side sagging like this. Confused as well, I can barely stretch it to cover the actual gap, it's almost like there isn't enough material to tuck it back into the top frame which makes no sense

When I purchased my 2006, the passenger side was pulled/stretched to the point it would not fit correctly.
My guess is, at some point, it got caught on the frame as it was opening or closing.
Once it stretches there is no fixing it other than replacement.
I ended up replacing the headliner (not an easy job). I made some recommended adjustment on any sharp edges per GM TSB 08-08-110-001A instructions and all is good now.

Sagging Roof Liner
Just reading through the old posts as my 2007 roof liner has also started sagging. I have compared both sides to see if something 'broken' and saw nothing. The only thing with the sagging part is that there was some plastic film that seems to be a liner that started peeling. However, I cannot see that been the cause.
Has anyone found a reason/solution?
Thanks
