Looking for ebony dash with titanium thread
looking for new ebony leather dash with titanium thread, (new to me). Not to be to picky but would prefer one out of a 2010 or older, it does not have the extra speaker hole in the far left and right corners. If anyone knows were I can get a new one at a fair price that would work too.
thanks in advance

MQUAT is a great guy...and anyone that can help him would really would be nice...that being said...This is a incredible amount of money to have it done from anyone or any kit..and the chances you are taking that the kit from England would even fit...and if you have problems with the type of leather or material they are using is the same...being from a different region outside the us...along with the fitment....another problem is...you better get someone that has done a reupholster on a Corvette dash before...then having to ship the dash to someone here in the states to do it...and then having to ship it back to you...extreme caution must be taken when you are packaging a dash...also you would have to put a high price on insurance for the dash....it is best to find one here...from a forum member.
.I bought one here...it is a centennial dash...the speaker holes here are not a problem...they are very unnoticeable...ray Kawai has a write up about doing this on his website....the later year dash is different as to the location of the one of the modules under the radio...the bolt has to be moved to move the module in its proper location...it will take about 1.5 to remove the dash; being that you should take photos of everything being removed and bagging the parts with a photo...and about 45 minutes to reinstall it...been there...done it...love it!!!

I considered that option. I contacted the company and couldn’t get a straight answer on how it would effect the deployment of the airbag. And since my wife sits on that side I realy don’t want to take that chance. Also in comparison to the zr1 dash the corvette insignia is not embroidered on the overlay were it is on the zr1 . I appreciate the help though. I will find one some day.

Just like Smokeyjr, I found a complete 4LT Centennial Edition interior and just finished installing the dash pad.
Good luck with your search

OP buy it from forum member "richierich" new! It isn't much more $ when you sell your old dash. I bought an entire new centennial edition interior from him.
