GM extended warranty....Great price
Hi Folks
First of all Happy New Year to all......
Seeing that the factory warranty on my 2016 C7 is getting close to the end I started shopping for a GM extended warranty....
i just got off the phone with Todd Sutherland at Mcmulkin Chevrolet and he gave me a SPECTACULAR price on a 60/40. “0” deductible......he is a forum vendor and they really try to help forum members...
if anyone is thinking of buying an extended GM warranty....give him a call.....(978)660-8045.....you won’t be disappointed...
Frank

prices are variable
Hey Maxie
The prices are all different based on the number of months, miles and deductible....
therefore the price I got was for my specific requirements......all I know is I saved over $300 off the next best price
I had received from another forum vendor who specializes in GM warranties...
just trying to to help fellow members save a few $$$$$$$

That’s right
Jerry you are right....
my selection was for a 60 month, 40,000 mile, whichever comes first...extended warranty....with “0” deductible...
this is the one that worked for me....
there are many options for miles and months......you pick the best one for you...

You really should read the fine print. I bought a GM warranty with my new 2014 3LT. Dealer said it covered everything for 5 years. Took car to get the roof rattle fixed. Ended up paying over $500 because the warranty didn't cover rattles, even though GM had a bulletin on it. So no more listening to sales BS. Also, found out it only really covers engine and power train. No way to win the fight.

Also, you might want to contact Dennis Fichtner, a vendor on this forum, who sells a lot of extended warranties and is an easy guy to deal with. He will be able to explain everything to you and may have a suggestion or option.

I have never bought an extended warranty in my life and I'm 63 years old and have bought many things. I can happily report I have never needed one. I did have 2 GM cars blow engines out of warranty but GM covered them anyways.

Thanks to Frank, I decided to get a quote from McMulkin. Price is lowest of anyone I contacted.
Will get 72 month/48k miles on my 2016 which my b2b expires Jan. 25. Only 800 miles on mine.
New b2b goes into effect as soon as you pay for it, so it will overlap factory b2b depending when you buy it.
