And yet another C7 ZR1 review...
Disregard The Idiotic Reviews, But Stick Around For Some Decent Corvette Rolling Footage....

Nice review with some entertainment value added. I didn't see this reviewer finding scores of imperfections and problems with the ZR1.

yes it's noticeable , even with a layer of desert dust.

Those helicopter shots and the sound of the exhaust echoing up and down the canyon...

Not a transaxle. Transmission and rear end are separate. They are simply mated together unless there has been a drastic change in the driveline. Nice sounds.

Spent some time on cars.com looking over 2019's. Unfortunately noticed a few color discrepancies between hood and bumper on the elkhart blue. I understand what you mean with the angle and light source aggravating this issue, however if you glimpse at your Vette 10 times a day and 8 of them show the issue due to less than ideal lighting, that's no good in my book.

Again...I think these are items that have been outsourced to vendors. I have two other issues on this car that involve components that were outsourced.
So maybe the receiving QA on what the General is being sent needs a little more attention at BG? Don't know... Just maybe

Yup - And now I understand from another post (has to be true- hahaha) that the CF hoods have already been painted when they arrive at BG. If so, that would explain some of it for sure. I took my ZR down for Xpel coverage today, opened the hood and noticed at the nose the side-to-side CF brace seems to have three different tones of finish. I need to look at in the direct sun before I believe it.
