That’s not track damage. Track related wear shows up as discoloration (blue tinged) from heat generated, or clumpy look from the hot tread picking up existing clag and spent rubber on the track surface.
That look to me like sun damage, from being stored outside under the sun. Over time the rubber hardens and cracks from UV exposure.
This was on my new GS. Car was parked outside for nearly 2 years at the dealership:
The car car sat in the same spot for months and months (I know because I went by a few times to look and the car never moved), and this is the side where it faces the sun for an extended time (east) where by afternoon the car would be under shades. The tires on the opposite side has some cracking but not as bad.
When I bought the car I told them I wasn’t going to drive the car off the lot (for that matter, PAY for it) unless they put brand new tires on it.

Just got home and looked at this on my laptop instead of my phone, and you are dead right.... I didn't catch the cracks down inside the tread.... initially when I saw it, it did remind me of my tires after a track event, but after getting home and looking at those pics, it's a lot different, the direction of the wear is not the same as what is in this pic. But yeah, those cracks down inside are from being old and in the sun.

clumpy is a good way to describe the pickup seen on tires after a track day.
When we bought my wifes car the dealer replaced the P-zero's because they were cracking. The car sat on the lot over a very cold winter. The tires looked just like yours.
