Everyone’s going to be biased so I guess I’ll start:
Arctic White with Adrenaline Red (2LT) interior. My 2nd choice would be Watkins Grey with Tension Blue interior which is only on the 2017 GS Collectors Edition.

Here's where you can see literally hundreds of examples of practically every C7 color combination. You can also go the Chevy's 'built a C7 website' to create examples of every current color combination offered.

Alot of folks seem to like the Kalahari interior...its very classy, almost european looking. It seems rather popular with colors such as white, grey, green and black... The red interior is also quite popular, I see alot of cars with it...it goes really nice with the white, grey, black and blue (alot of Grand Sport (GS) folks get it with the heritage package). Of course a black interior looks great in almost any color...
As for options, it comes down to (3) major choices:
1LT - base level options (no cost)
2LT - nicely optioned (avg cost)
3LT - fully loaded (most expensive)
Also available is:
Z51 - performance package (available in all three LT options above) (alot of bang for your buck)
Here is what a 3LT Kalahari interior looks like overall and below is what it looks like with grey:

To me picking the colors of my Vettes seems to be the hardest part of the build. There are so many options, and you can even go outside the standard options for a $595 dollar fee. Good luck on your choice.

I ordered the Arctic white Z51 with the Brownstone interior, and I got tons of complements on the interior.
I miss that interior.

Funny, because I was never drawn to white cars or red interiors until the C7 came out. Something about this classic combo just works for me. Perhaps it's the additional Carbon Flash & Shark Gray vents on the exterior to break up the white and the black carpet and suede trim in the interior that pulls it together so that the red doesn't overwhelm me.

I don't think they make mine anymore? But I absolutely love it.
gray with blue. Especially the contrasting stitch runs from door panels all the way across the top of dash. Very nice.

Unusual, just like me. Corvette Racing Yellow with Spice Red interior.
