Default My random, no format, Barrett-Jackson photo thread

Because everybody loves pictures, Im here to post a few from my time at Barrett Jackson. These are NOT the highlights of the show... you will see those everywhere. They are simply random shots around the show I took because I felt like it. It’s just a fun massive car show wrapped up in an auction while people watching and having a nice few days in AZ.

Of course, I will start with the Corvettes as to properly connect this thread with the Forum.

Here’s that wild Hertz rental SWC with the ski rack, a cool white/blue interior car and a crazy $185k sale for an LT-1!

Don’t miss the license plate on the Wayne’s World Pacer! The JFK limo was another recreation.

The $2m new GT was amazing. I’ll include my purchase for the week that cost a teeny bit less.

This deep blue Jaguar was owned by an 85 year old lady who drove and showed the car all over. Also cool was the John Lennon Mercedes and some other great stuff.

Steve thank you for these! Tell me more about your 308 (or...328?)! Lifelong dream or the right moment to do something cool and unusual? I like very much.

Ive always wanted a vintage Italian sports car. Maybe it’s my heritage, I dunno, but I just needed to go there. As I told someone earlier, ain’t getting any younger. I really like these cars. Seemed like the right time.

My favorites - the white '58 Corvette in post #1, and the Pale Primrose yellow XKE in post #9. I did a partial restoration on a similar Jag coupe in the early 90's.
