Default Doorguide Rubber Socket Thing

Car is an 89. What do you call the rubber socket thing on the B pillar that accepts the metal door guide pin? I can find the doorside pin in my FSM but not the rubber socket bit. Mine are rock hard and I would lke to replace them if available and if they will help soften the door slam.

Thanks, s carter. If it is normally that hard, then I'll pass. Did you see the price?

Yes I did, the parts Insert is a Hard Plastic that was once available as a snap in part but that was 20 years ago.
