I change my own oil in my 2008 using Mobile 1 and AC Delco filter.

Mobil1 5w-30 and Mobil1 M1-113 oil filter for my Corvette.

Other oils and filters as required for my other vehicles

Have done all my oil and filter changes except for 4 times in the last 211,000 miles. Always use Mobile One but filters vary......M113 or Wix xp usually.

The 4 times I paid were to a new Mobil One quick change oil shop that did it for less than I could buy the oil and filter for.
