cost of a clean titled bird cage..
I found a bird cage with vins and he has a ca title to it what is a fair to good price for this and what should I not pay for it..thanks I am going to look at it today so any info is very good..

Given that there is a VIN tag and title, the year and whether is it a coupe or convertible would matter greatly. A '63 coupe would be worth a lot more than say a '63 convertible.

Its worth what ever you think its worth to you. I know of several folks who sold stuff like that and got between 6K and 9K for clean parts, with titles, to build restomods from. neither were 63 coupes. I paid 10K for my 67' convertible roller with no interior, a bad frame, and only the a body from the firewall back. the birdcage is perfect and the title was California clear and clean. and that's what it was worth to me. I guess it all depends on your end game.

Does it also have an intact trim tag, and if so, what does it specify?

I have been involved in a few purchases of these and have seen them go from 7-9k, these were coupe bird cages that needed restoration but minor rust repair.
Clean titles of course.
