64 Drivers side vent window
Here is a picture of my drivers side vent window that is not aligned correctly. Also, a picture of the door with panel removed. Where do yo start to correct the problem?

You can gain access to to see what the t-post attachment to the regulator looks like by removing the access plate below the vent window. It might be that something is amiss with the t-post insertion into the regulator. I can't see what shape your hinge pivot is in so we don't know if something is amiss there.
The pics below (also attached as a pdf file) should get you going on taking a look at the bottom end of the vent window and its mating with the regulator.

to the OP, in the first picture your hand is covering the pivot. Same picture with a view on the pivot could help.
Is it correct that the bottom of the window is aligned fine (right bottom of the glass against the stainless frame)?
