Default TSP Torquer V2 Results LS2

After installing a TSP Torquer V2 (232/234 600/600 112lsa) over the last weekend I made an appt with Pat G for a dyno tune. Ill be honest with my auto and stock LS2 intake I was hoping for anything over 400 but was happily surprised. I ended up with 446/416 and the car drives great and hauls ***. I am still using the stock converter so it pushes through the brakes a tad bit but outside of that the car idles with a badass chop @ 750rpm and driveability is like stock. Zero surging or bucking and I even averaged over 26mpg on the trip home. My setup is very simple and mild for now, next on the list will be a converter and a FAST intake of some kind. But for now I am more than pleased with the car and would recommend this cam for anybody looking for good driveabilty out of their LS2 C6. I may have went a tad bigger if I had a M6 but for my auto I think this cam is pretty much perfect.

A Yank SS3600 and a FAST 92 and you’ll be rocking.

That is a great off the shelf cam and very popular with the late model Gto crowd.

Is a 3600 too much for a daily driven car?

I would seek a 2800 to 3200 max stall converter and don’t look back. In my opinion a 3600 stall would be missing Out on some of the low rpm torque that the V2 cam provides.

Very Good results! What is your mod list?
Just picked up a 2007 C6 for a DD myself to go with my
overly modded 99. Don't want to do that again LOL.

That's pretty good results for a stock intake LS2. I don't know many that use a converter on a DD, though. I've been using my 07 for the last 11 years as a DD and spend most of the time under 3000 RPM. Not sure what a converter would do for me.

Those are great gains on an auto LS2. My full bolt on LS2 a4 with a Texas speed 224r cam netted 419/402. This is on the stock converter but does include a ported fast 102. Can’t complain though bc car drives like stock, has s great chop and idles at 650. It’s an absolute beast down low.

This is one of those to each his own questions. There are people who daily drive 4000 converters. I went from a yank ss3200 to a yank pas3400 to a circle d 3600. I much prefer the 3600 on my car. But that's because I destroyed the yanks with nitrous. I've done a few cars with pas3400 and they daily drive them without any problems. If I had to choose a yank for someone it would be the pas3400.
