WA-632D, Rapid-1, RPO code GMO, and WA-622D, Accelerate Metallic-1, RPO code GD0. Any takers as to what they might be?

The names are not the "official" names per say. GM does this quite often. Their paint names that they come up with in the company don't always reflect the marketed name of the paint. For example, Elkhart Lake Metallic's "internal name" is Rhythm and Blues Metallic.

Perhaps we see these colors at Bash?

Wa-632 is an existing colour for GMC,,,looks like it is a metallic brown...Can't find anything on WA-622 yet.

Probably just more shades of silver, gray, or blue. They all look the same to me.

Quite possible. In 6 model years of the C7, there have only been 4 flavors of gray offered. We are overdue for a 5th.

I stand corrected. I am almost embarrassed that I was remiss in including the off white satin flavor in the gray grouping. Thanks for the clarification.

So "if" there's two new colors on the horizon for C7, then perhaps it can be assumed there will be a 2020 C7 model year to wear these new colors?

I would guess that the colors will be available for viewing at the Bash - there has to be some surprises there.

These two colors show up as Corvette only. Nothing else.

That was the only chip I could find too for WA-632D.

WD622H is Sedona Bronze...perhaps a variation of this one? Nevermind...after further review...The last letter being different can mean an entirely different color. I reviewed other colors that had the same first 5 characters but a different last letter and they were entirely different colors.

It does seem odd to potentially introduce some new colors so late in the C7 run with all the C8 introduction speculation. If true, there must be at least another short run model year '2020' for the C7. One source shows a 200+ day supply of C7's with more being pumped out daily-that's a lot to move when many current owners are holding out for the C8.

Is it possible that they want to work these new colors into the system at the BG plant, and get some experience painting with them on C7s before the C8s come on line?

I don't find it odd at all to add new colors this late in the run. One of the stated reasons for the new paint plant was the ability to offer more colors. New colors will sell a few more C7s, and it really doesn't add extra cost to paint new colors if the capability to do so is there.
