With the right offset a 10.5 x 18 works on every corner and you can a square 305 setup.
Tho you'll run into TC problems if you're not using Sport 1 or higher on some square setups, I've found this is the case with taller tires. I've used some continental wets 245/45/18 (they're wider than you'd think and really tall) front and back to get myself out of a jam once and the car wouldn't make it more than 10 feet without TC going crazy but for me it wasn't an issue as I just turned off TC.
Not sure if you're just looking for a daily tire and you want a square setup to make it easier to rotate your tires tho.

My opinion is that rotating tires saves very little ware on the tires. In past times when the cars had a spare ,there might have been some gain. If you do it yourself its a waste of time , if you pay someone $40 its a waste of money..

Some C7 forum members have posted that they rotate tires side to side. Perhaps this can help the OP without the expense of buying additional wheels and ties and making alterations to the car to accept same size tires on all four wheels.

Correct the computer expects a certain ratio between the front and rears. Running the same size all around will throw the wheel speed calculations off and the computer will not be happy. Stuff like ABS, Traction Control, speedometer, etc will not work as designed, thus it is not recommended. Such is life with a sports car that has a factory staggered setup. Gas mileage and tire life are not optimized

Good thinking... all else equal, you'd likely never recoup the cost.

SIDE BAR:
I did one other thing at ~400 miles had a alignment adjusted to what I specified not just a check alignment. The GM camber range for all C7's is broad, +/- 0.6 degrees. For my Grand Sport the "acceptable" range for GM is -0.50 to -1.70. My rear tires, as received when they checked were -1.60, OK for Tracking but not great tire wear. The dealer tech found only 1 toe in the Red (out of spec), all others were Green, (within spec.) He could have (and would have) fixed the one toe setting and said all within spec- which would be correct.
But I had given the Service Writer a spread sheet with the GM allowed range and what I wanted (all requested were within the allowed range.) For the rear requested and got -0.8 degrees (my elected compromise for wear and performance) Instead of spending 5 minutes fixing the one toe he adjusted all settings to my spread sheet. Took about 40 minutes as it is irritive, i.e. change the camber and toe changes etc.. All on GM's dime. I just signed the bill, but did give the tech a tip.
I picked centerline for all toes, which is close to zero.
Don't know how much rotating helps but I do have a favorite high "g" turn around a fountain at the end of my street so the outside of the right tires does gest more wear.

Yep, as it says in the Owner's Manual rotate side to side every 7500 miles. I rotated my rears already at 5000 and will rotate my fronts when I do an oil change, due soon. The tires are NOT direction BUT are asymmetrical, i.e you can even see the inside tread width is narrower than the outside. (There are other things different inside to outside as well.) The tires have the word OUTSIDE printed on the outside of the tires.

Still learning about all the things with the C7. Thanks for the info on tire rotation.

RB, I was even advised that I may not want to do even that. With the width of the tires, and the way they wear a bit differently on each corner rotating could make it worse. I have no idea if that's correct, but it did make a little sense to me.

Yes, I too have not rotated my tires. I took them off the car at 11,000 miles and the wear is perfectly flat. If the alignment is set up correctly, I don't see any need to rotate. But for those who want to do it, we've posted the correct procedure.

Hmm?
You're only going to get 20K out of them rotated or not. With HREs on our plastic car, the fewer times the tires are removed the better I like it.

On my 14 stingray the fronts cracked inside groove the same direction as tread in three places around the tire at 21 k but the backs are still looking good at 35k and I rotate side to side between 5 and 7k
