Default The New Billet Fuel Hat To Support up to 2000 Horsepower Is Here!!

This new RSI billet fuel hat is designed to cover the needs of 99.9% of the C5 owners needing more fuel. I can hand build you anything to cover up to 4500 horsepower at 100psi if you're the other .1%. Simply PM me for that.

It is thoughtfully designed with a Delrin plug to prevent any leaking ever. The Delrin plug has pins that dead end pressed into it to prevent it from ever leaking. This hat also incorporates a venturi that will prevent you from having to use the factory one. It has a 6AN return for both the regulator and the passenger side fuel tank and then finally an 8AN output for you to take to the front. Separately available is a connector kit that will facilitate connections to the factory EFI fuel connections. RSI will also have a complete fuel system available soon using Teflon lines. For pumps, you have two options, twin 450's and 525's for an additional 100.00.

For the power connection, you get a FCI connector. On both the inside and outside of the hat, there are non-anodized threads for additional grounding. The pigtail is sleeved in a 1200 degree product for long lasting protection. You'll get the complete billet hat, pumps already installed with Teflon fuel tubes using pinch clamps for connections that will last a lifetime. Also included are the mating connectors and pins so you can crimp and solder them as you choose. The twin 450's show to flow 756 liters per hour at 60psi and the 525's, 820lph. When I installed the "2500hp" Magnafuel 4703 pump in my car, I called them to get the flow rate and was quoted somewhere in the low 600's at 80psi.

The twin 450 hat is 850.00 and 950.00 for the twin 525's. Add 175.00 for the fuel line connector kit.
shipping included to the lower 48

PM or email me if you need another payment method. I can send an invoice.
When paying, please tell me what year your C5 is and include a good phone# where you can be reached.

Hey Brett,

I'm dragging the c5 to my buddy and will be in touch soon. this IS the solution to what I need for the c5 fuel system

I need your help to get the wiring and get the Hatech s2000 with 8 egts and twin wb on the ttix c5

I've got a channel amp box to allow the alchy pump to be controlled by the haltech (direct port)

I also have the flex fuel setup to run e85

let's do this! will the big pump support 1k at tire on e85??

I may be too small on injectors fic 127

let's talk!!!! I'll PM you my cell

RSI's page says the dual 450s will support 1000 on E85 and the 525s will support 1200 on E85.

Unless you changed your #, I've got it. I'll call you Monday if I can. PM me if you don't hear from me by then.

That's actually an overly safe calculation. As you and many others know, I create fuel systems with numerous Walbro pumps in the tanks. I can cover any amount of power that anyone can make with one of my custom systems.

How do you tie into the stock line for the tank cross over so both tank are used properly?

The venturi is built into the hat and has a 4AN outlet to feed the passenger side tank and a 6AN inlet for the fuel transferring back to the drivers tank.

oh. Then just use some An fittings to plug into the stock crossover lines to the passenger tank?

^^This. The restrictor is built in to the 4AN fitting and pushes fuel into the 5/16" line up top. The 175.00 fuel line adapter kit includes the 4AN line to the top and the adapter to plug into the steel crossover line. It also includes the adapter to plug into the return from the passenger tank.

Man where was this a year ago?? I had the old RSI billet twin with DW 300's and since going twin turbo E85 I was forced to do the C6 conversion triple pump and build a ship in a bottle, that was tons of fun! This would have been soo much easier!

VERY nice setup Bret!! TURNKEY!!! I also wish this was out like 10 years ago LOL I've only revised my fuel system about a dozen times, but I'm actually quite happy with the current set up I have now. It too utilizes 2 450 pumps, one that comes on only under boost...

Even though you don't have the canister, since the the stock venturi system is in place, I guess it's ok, because the drivers tank will still be FULL when you're down to half a tank total in the car...

out of curiosity... that single 450 you just did in mine will be plenty enough for what mine'll make, right?

Very nice! How would this be beneficial over a single 255 in tank with an external system on a hobbs switch around 20 psi?

1. Everything fits inside the tank.
2. Both pumps tee into the same outlet fitting on the pump hanger simplifying plumbing.
3. Presumably quieter because its all in the tank.
4. Heavier duty wiring connectors to power the pumps. The OEM connector is very weak, I think it only allows a max of 14 amps per pin to feed the intank pump.
