Borla or Corsa X-pipe? Worth it?
any dyno HP or TQ pick up or loss on LT1 dry sump?
any discernible difference in sound - as in improvement?
overall, worth it or not so much?

So if you are talking about removing the secondary cats , some say there is a loss of low end TQ, not sure how they measures that as the butt dyno they use is not that accurate......I run my car every week and I neither saw a power gain nor any loss
What I did gain is a great sounding car that should have come from the factory sounding like this . Coupled with a Mild to Wild Switch and A Range device to keep the car out of AFM/DOD mode my car sounds absolutely awesome with the NPP mufflers open and when I want piece and quiet , I just close the mufflers

I bought the Borla a few months back and love it. The stock exhaust with NPP is great, but with the Borla mid-pipe I get a slightly aggressive tone after 3500 RPM’s that isn’t obnoxious like some of the Mustang guys like. The Borla actually makes the car roar.
And Mustangs, I love the way they sound. Just seems like some people like them to sound like they are running open pipes- which is way over the top for me.

Yes, best bang for the buck for increasing overall volume. Either Borla or Corsa X-pipes will wake up your exhaust, but don’t expect any gains... although it’ll sound faster

this one I paid $209.97 in 2017 for it and it fit perfectly.

The Borla was discounted or actually banned since they eliminating the cats (emissions control). However some vendors started selling them again but maybe all the stock is gone now? I got mine during the first round of panic when it was reported that the product would no longer be sold.

Definitely worth it. I just installed a Corsa on my car and absolutely love it. Sound is pretty similar to stock, but louder...exactly what I wanted. Installation is pretty easy too.

This is the one that everybody is using , Manzo , it's a Borla knockoff that most guys are saying fits great, since they stopped making the Borla the price has gone up .... Manzo is big in the import community

Im thinking of getting the Corsa extreme +, quick question for you guys. Was adding the X pipe with stock mufflers enough to get the great sound? What I have been looking at was xpipe and axel back. But if adding just the x pipe is a great sound I can save myself $3000
