I know that there were a few years of C6 Corvettes that had red seatbelts. I am wondering how I can change out my seatbelts to be red. Does anyone know if there is a place where I can order C6 red seatbelts? Or does anyone know if the c7 seatbelts fit the C6?
From what I can gather red seat belts were offered from 2005-2008. Yes you can order them from GM. If you want just the red retractor assembly which is the belt that's all you have to purchase.
Safetyrestore.com. I swapped my stock belts for these black with orange edges. Service was impeccable, they received my belts Monday morning & had them shipped back out to me Monday afternoon.

I looked into it for the orange belts out of the C7 & even the Camaro Hot Wheels edition & was told no they would not fit. Safety Restore was $150 plus $15 shipping to swap the webbing in both belts.

How did that work? Did you send them your belts and then they re-made them and sent them back? If so, How long did that take to do start to finish? The money isn't the problem, it's the time because this is my only car.

Correct. I removed my belts & sent them FedEx on Friday. They received my belts Monday morning & had them back out to me by Monday afternoon with a tracking #. I received them on Wednesday and reinstalled them. I live in TX, they're in MA so your shipping time may vary - but they do guarantee 24 hour turn around & two-day shipping back to you.
