57 Corvette Restomod $300K on BJ
Just saw a yellow/white 57 sell for $300 K. Restomod, but still.

And now a C2 restomod for $360K. I thought I read a forum thread recently where the values were dropping on restomods?

The nice thing is all the uninformed masses think you are a millionaire driving a $300K car if you have C1 or C1 Corvette with a real nice glazed ham paint job and aftermarket wheels.
Maybe thats why the girls all come up and talk to me at car shows until my GF shows up.

2023 Restomod of the Year finalist
Not really, the "new next generation" of C1 & C2 Corvette buyers "expect" an easy drivability Classic Car. Resto-Mods will be the new norm.
But, no one said you need 17" wheels, LS Corvette engine or C4or C5 tubular frame to have a Resto-Mod.
Mid-range Resto-Mods( without the above improvements) for $50,000 less in upgrades will still meet the public buying needs.
