Just configured my NEW 2020 C8 Mid Engine Stingray Z51!!!!!!!
So excited! Just came back from my dealer and configured my new Mid Engine Stingray Z51 C8!!!!
Many exciting things:
New exterior and interior colours (see chart)
6 seatbelt colours (Bk, Rd, Yw, Grey, Blue, Tan)
New LT2 Motor 8cyl 6.2L DI AFM VVT H.O Aluminum
New M1L 8 Speed Dual Clutch
6 removable roof panel options
New wheel options
Full Video display mirrors
New 14 Speaker Bose System
New Brake colour edge red
Rear park assist
Side blind spot alert
Tires F245 R305’s
Cross traffic alert
E60 Adjustable Front Lift Height
So many new things I can’t remember them all!!

So...on the surface my brain says, looks legit. As I continue the analysis, I think this is a lot of effort for some one to fake it. So it passed the initial sniff test. Then I got to the colors...they smell a bit. "Zeus Bronze", "Elkhard Lake Blue Metallic", "Accelerate Yellow Metallic", "Long Beach Red Metallic Tintcoat", and just plain old "Black". None of it makes sense. It doesn't fit with GM color names, or most manufacturer's color names. Color names are supposed to evoke a feeling. "Ceramic Matrix Gray" doesn't evoke a feeling except me trying to figure out what that would be. Also, GT2 references in the seats. Maybe I missed something in recent years but GT2 is normally a conotation that comes with Porsche, not Vette. If it said ZO6 seats that would make more sense.

its all legit. Again I challenge any Canadians on here to walk into their dealership and sit down with their sales manager today! It’s all there for everyone to see! Here is a pic of the screen I took for the colours you can plainly see it’s a computer monitor I won’t waste any more energy on this thread. I got intel here and figured most people would be appreciative not asses!
