The ultimate expression of the front engine Corvette was supposed to be the ZR1. King of the Hill and all that noise.
So it makes perfect sense by GM logic to have the last one ever be something other than a ZR1.

Nah, he and Skank will be back soon rattling on about how GM made a huge mistake, or that the FE Corvette will return soon. I just saw that new spin rolled out by someone else just a few minutes ago in light of tonight's news.

Burning Brakes
I always liked the exterior of the C4. Especially when it got the rounded ZR1 rear bumper. Just a classy and sleek look to me. I think by far the ugliest Corvette was the very first model with the stupid looking grille. Followed next by the C5, and then the C3, then C6.

So the only real question is: Does Rick Hendrick buy both the last C7 produced and the first production C8 for his personal museum? He will also get a very early production car for driving around the neighborhood.
