Default RPI Designs??

Anyone use them to purchase anything? I ordered NPP in a box from them 1 week ago. I’ve sent 3 emails and a PM to vendor on this forum and NO response. Only email I received was day of purchase confirming order was placed. I’m about ready to cancel order. Glad I used PayPal.

I purchased 3 items from them & all took twice as long to arrive as what they claimed. My painted GS badges took 9 weeks & when they arrived they had multiple fine scratches & burn through on the edges - their solution was for me to ship them back so they could fix them & send them back to me instead of just sending me a new set. I just kept the originals instead of dealing with the back & forth.

Ive received much better service from other vendors such as Chip at Custom Corvette Accessories.

I've bought several things from them over the years and the quality was good and I've had no problems.

used them a lot in the past, they were slow but no issues other than that. I recently ordered a carbon fiber hood and it arrived fine although drop shipped, Prices and freight were fair.
They responded to my request to update on the shipping in a reasonable time

I had an awful experience with them that included bold face lies, and a product never delivered. I hope you have better luck.

Wow, so is there any vendor on the forum that is worth dealing with? I actually had the impression they were one of the descent ones. I have read of several over the years, no names, that people have had issues with.

Very good vendor.....They are certainly no worse than us Corvette shoppers.. (me included)

I'm in that category of wanting instant gratification when I spend my money but reality is you have to have some patience occasionally...These guys are some of the good guys and have been for a long time....The painted stuff is very good...but you will have to wait a little...

I've ordered a few things from them. Usually everything turned out fine. I did order one item that was severely back ordered but they didn't let me know that until I called and asked what was taking so long. They did credit me back for the purchase with no issue.

A few days ago I ordered a new set of front floor mats, and also the three-piece replacement for the OEM front air dam.

Order my side skirts and rear quarter panels from them and came in on time. This was a few years ago. I’m very disappointed at some of these vendors though lately seems like no one cares anymore. Quality is not there. Smh
