Had the Eagle Eyes (Light Smoke from Vette Lights) and upgraded to gen 2 Morimotos with a dark smoke center. The Eagle eyes were ok, but the individual LEDs looked tacky up close. The Morimotos are brighter, and a much nicer unit overall. Haven't regretted the change for a second.

I have the dark smoke eagle eyes and don't plan to get the Morimoto tails. The light emitted from the Morimotos appears to be more orange than a deep red color which is a turn-off for me. Might just be pictures though
Someone needs to post some pics of Morimotos on a CRM car. I'm somewhat torn on which style lights to get as well. The Morimotos seem to be a better quality but they don't always pair well with some car colors. They look great on black. The Eagle Eyes look good with any color car in my opinion but the quality seems lacking.

so does anyone have a 2010-2013 Cyber Gray GS with the morimoto's installed?
I would post pics, but i've been waiting months for my Morimoto Red LED tail lights. When/if I ever get them, I'll post pics.
Oh yeah, if you make this leap, do not fall for that "we've got sets not spoken for that will be shipped out in the next week or two" bullshit. i think some vendors have the clear or smoked versions in stock and ready to ship, but not the reds. If you want the reds, don't plan on getting them before Labor Day. If they show up before that, consider it a blessing.
