Default Where to connect!

Anybody know were this heavy brown wire, connects to? Yes, it was behind the dash and I don’t remember disconnecting. It , seems anything on the dash doesn’t require that heavy of a gauge,

Thanks in advance

I just replaced the steering column on my car and had to deal with that same wire as the condensor was actually attached to the column, rather than the wire loom as yours seems to be. On my 71 there's a wire that comes down from the right hand side of the footwell, above and/or behind the central gauge cluster. It's the same size and color as that pigtail you have there, and it has a connector on the end into which the pigtail plugs.

Goes to the Radio Capacitor connection on the Ignition Switch
Should be hot from the wiper fuse in the fuse block
