Default Euro to US tail light help

I'm now a proud owner of a C6 Corvette, my dream car! But I'm also the not-so-proud owner of a Euro C6 Corvette.
There are some differences made to the Euro 'Vettes, but the one I can't stand the most are the tail lights. For those who don't know, instead of having 2 + 2 tail lights that all work as brake lights and blinkers and looking all cool, we Euros have a very different setup. Our outer tail lights are divided into 3 parts, 1st part is brake light, 2nd is reflector and 3rd is blinker. The inner tail lights are ONLY for fog lights, so they're off 99% of the time.
What I'm looking for is a way to get US tail lights working for the Euro harness. I don't want to fiddle around with reprogramming the BCM or changing wire harness, I want to try and do it in a more simplistic way, if possible.
From my limited knowledge and imagination, I can easily see having normal "presence" lights + brake lights on all 4 tail lights, that'd just be splicing the wires to both sets. My worry here are the blinkers. I have no way how the blinkers would work with the EU harness.
Has anyone done this? Is there some hidden plug n' play adaptor I can use that connects from EU to US tail lights? My goal is doing this as cheaply as possible (the 'Vette was sadly a little over budget), and labour rate around me is cheap so that's not a real worry.

Also I'm aware of these awesome lights, but at over 500€ that's my last option due to high price

Thanks!

I suggest getting a hold of @Dano523 and see if he can help you out, he’s kinda the resident Vette expert on this forum.

My problem with this is that they look very orange in the videos, I really dislike the tone. I love the almost cherry red of the US tail lights and that's my goal.
Or are the Infirai not as orange as they appear?

Hello, for the blinkers it's Okay I spliced the wires but the inners lights on both sides doesn't work because I can't plug the Infirai socket to the car... The inners have 2 pins on socket and not 3 like the outers
Can you help me ?

you can install the infirai rear lights. I'm in the UK and converted my Friends Euro Spec Z06 to make rear lights work the same as US.. I didnt change anything on the BCM.. I installed the Infirai rear lights and spliced a feed from the Left outer (drivers side) light and connected it to the left inner . Then I spliced feed from right outer (passenger side) light and in connected it to the right inner.

So Both flash red on turn signals and both are brake lights

Thanks for your answer dude, sorry but it's hard for me to understand which wire did you splice to make light/brake work on the inner light.
I join you 2 images first one for the outer and second for inner which has only 2 pin socket and not 3 like the outer one

Weeds me out, since its the fastest way to begin with, and only take a few mins in the end.
