Removing Wiper Arms
I need to remove my wiper arms for repainting. Both nuts holding the arms on the shaft were rusted. I treated both nuts with Kroil Penetrant oil and allowed the oil to work its magic on the rust for weeks hoping it has loosen the rust grip. Before attempting to remove the nut, is there any concerns about applying the necessary force removing the nut. I do not want to cause another problem. Thank you for your thoughts.

If you can find a puller small enough to work on the wiper arms, that would allow you to gently pull them off the mounting stud.
