I thought I'd give this a try and see if it catches on......

Just to be clear, the purpose of this thread is to post details and pictures of events you already attended. Not to list future events.

Florida is one of those states that has the weather to allow for corvette shows and cruise-ins basically year round. I wanted to have a place for Florida members to be able to post details (location, date, etc.) of the shows they attend, post pictures, and maybe provide a short review of the event. I think the benefit of a thread like this is that it would be easy to find and search for previous events.

If you choose to post here, try to follow a few basic guidelines...

• Event Details: At the start of your post, provide the Event Name, Date and Location
• Show review: This is not necessary, but if you want to provide a short review, this may be helpful for members that are considering attending the event in the future.
• Pictures: Post primarily Corvette related pictures. Some shows you attend may not be Corvette specific, but try to keep the non-Corvette pics to a minimum.

I hope you think this type of thread will be worthwhile. If not, let me know your thoughts. THANKS!

Event: Gateway Caffeine & Chrome - Orlando
Location: Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando (Lake Mary)
Date: Last Saturday of the Month (pics below from 4/28/2024)

I have been aware of this event for a while, but last Sunday was the first time my wife and I attended. I was a little disappointed in the total number of cars, but pretty surprised that a high percentage were Corvettes. After talking with several people there are typically more cars. This day was just low attendance for some reason. I will most likely give it another try next month. Good venue!

Event: Supercar Saturday, Hollywood, FL
Location: Hard Rock Guitar Hotel (This is the current location. It has been moved twice because it keeps getting bigger.)
Date: 2nd Saturday of every month. 9am-12pm

Event: Cars and Coffee, Doral, FL
Location: Miami International Mall
Date: Typically it's the 4th Sunday of the month but it is not consistent. 8am-11am
