Default Low Dust Brake Pads for the C8 Z06

What low dust brake pads are available for the 2024 C8 Z06 non-CCB brake system? When I replaced my OEM pads on my 2021 SR Z51 I went with CarboTech I believe they were 1521 pads. Will these work on the Z06? Does Powerstop or Hawk make low dust pads for the Z06? I tried a search online but couldn't find anything. Will not be tracking the car. Also where is the best place to purchase?

Carbotech are available and work well for street use.

Powerstop has front pads for Z06 but not yet rear ones. Sure wish we could pressure Powerstop in bringing out the new pad shape for the rear. The Z26 front pads are phenomenal.

I'm running Z26s up front and stock rears. I agree, wish they would make some Z26s for the rear asap. I kept my stock pads in case I decide to do a track day, but the Z26s do great on the street and canyons with so much less dust.

Did you notice any difference with two different compounds on initial bite or braking effort?

I have driven these Z26s very, very hard up here in the Smoky Mountains. The overall braking performance feels very similar to stock. The only difference I feel is that the Z26s take one or two good stops to get some heat in them to start biting real hard like stock do. I always make it a point to brake check myself a time or two when I pull out to do a hard run or something on cold pads because that first press of the pedal doesn't have the same bite until they get a little heat in them. If you don't beat the dog **** out of your car like I do, you probably wouldn't ever notice the difference to be honest. Z26s are staying on mine. I ran them on my GT350, my Stingray and now the Z, no complaints.

I'm curious about these as well, brake dust is annoying but not a huge deal to clean off of ceramic coated wheels. One of the big weaknesses of this car for me has been the brake feel however, not sure if it's the brake by wire, but there is some vague mushiness at the top of the pedal regardless of what mode I'm in, is there a street pad that will improve this with a stronger initial bite?

would you mind sharing the Part number for the front ?

I had them on my CTS-V3 and I felt them softe. I think because the V was 4300lbs or so . I’m sure they will work better on the Lighter Z06.
