Still nothing... they couldn't replace the defective buttons and then
@Top Flight Automotive promised a refund when contacted on the phone. Now radio silence. Hopefully they do the right thing and issue the refund they promised. Zero responses via ebay. Zero email.

Thanks for the bump... really hoping they do the right thing but it's been months now and this is just getting silly. Don't want to hand this over to Visa. Shouldn't be necessary.

Concluded but pretty ridiculous situation overall. Thanks admin for the bump at least it solved it... this is how it went down.
Have been waiting for months for a resolution. We waited and waited for the replacement buttons promised to arrive but they never came... we called Top Flight again and they told us they couldn't find any buttons that weren't defective so they promised a refund to our card should show up within 5 days... seemed reasonable. FYI during all this they never emailed us nor did they ever once respond via Ebay (where the original purchase was made).
Fast forward to today - this post clearly initiated the first ever written response via ebay! (Thank you) claiming they could not refund our money to our credit card and that they would have to write a check and mail it to us.
We responded "no - just refund to credit card as promised".
Suddenly their phone works and they call us, claiming they have mailed a check.
Prior to the call we had opened a PayPal dispute seaking the refund promised.
We asked them to cancel the check and simply refund. Now the refund feature works. Money refunded. Impossible is now possible.
That was painful.
Lesson learned on that one.
They really need to learn that any communication at all by them would have solved this ages ago.
