My fuse cover had a broken lock.
the part is no longer available GM.
So I modeled and 3d printed the cover.
I had to test several configurations to get a nice finish and have a good resistance, so I divided the assembly into 3 parts.
-the lid part in Petg with Carbon fiber
-the side part, also in Petg Carbon
-the lock in Petg printed on another axis to guarantee flexibility in the right axis and the fact that it's screwed on it's replaceable.
I've also added the diagram inside.
As You can see I have a lot of difficulty to do nothing, with a corvette it's perfect there are always a few things to repair or improve
I also have a lot of version and I could do the logos in other colors if needed if others are interested

well there seems to be some action on my post, well yes I sell my fuse box 50$+shipping I think it's a reasonable price for a product printed by 3d printing, the whole thing started with my personal need and there seems to be interest I created a facebook page and all payments with people are done by paypal, so the whole thing is traceable and secure for both parties, plus I provide a usps tracking. I've had a lot of fun recreating people's models, I've gone from 2 models to 10, with many colors, now I take the time to produce the orders one by one with quality, I'm down to 3 weeks of waiting and the production is getting better I try to get the best quality and also manage to get up to speed on production, in short it's fun and people are very nice.
If this ends up being legit I’ll take the first one closest to camera on the right side row..
