I purchased a conversion kit for mine back in 2019 from a company called Trunk Monkey Parts for about 2 grand. Then had a local shop I trust (Corvette Center in Newington, CT) do the install, but I'm sure you can do it yourself if you have experience with interiors.
I chose to keep the stock seat bottom and only replace the backs. The comfort seat bottom looks nearly the same, is bolstered the same, but just has a slightly softer foam. Back when I did my research in 2019 this was considered a "best of both worlds" setup to have the comfort bottom with the comp seat backs. 5 and a half years later I'm still very pleased with them.

I did the same on my ZR1 and my '14. It's not a difficult project at all.
OP if you have changed your ZR1 seats I am interested in maybe purchasing you stock seats if you want to sell them. I really just need a drivers seat, but I'll take both if the seller is willing?
