Life had me busier than normal this summer and I didn't get the chance to test my set up earlier. I didn't want to offer anything until I had enough time to do enough testing and make sure everything was working as it should.

This weekend I not only tested it but tested it more then I wanted to. On one pass I failed to shift into drive after my burn out and spun it to 8,000 rpm and had zero issues. The log picture at 8,000 rpm is with a 2.90" pulley and the other is with a 2.70" pulley, that's why the boost is lower. On all other passes I'm spinning 7,100-7200 at the line. I dropped from a 2.9" to a 2.7" pulley and made 19 lbs of boost with no belt slip and the belt looks great with no issues.

I'm ready for orders for 8 rib kits including A&A Secondary drive kit with 8 rib 10% OD balancer, tensioner bracket with tensioner and aluminum tensioner pulley, both idlers, and Griptec pulley in the size you want. Kits will be $3,100 plus actual shipping. If you're planning on a 2.70"-2.90" pulley I can include the correct green hd Gates belt for $60 additional. At this time, I have to have everything shipped to me then I'll ship to you. That may change if I can sell enough kits to establish a good relationship with A&A.

The A&A kit has to be trimmed off where the reservoir typically mounts on the upper tensioner for the alternator belt (doesn't affect anything other than the mounting of the reservoir). And lastly you will need a water pump for 2009 and newer ls7/ls3. Upper radiator on these pumps is on the driver's side. The pumps with the hose on the passenger side are a pain with these blowers because you have to remove the upper radiator hose to swap the belt. With this set up the blower belt is very short and easy to change.

I can definitely do that. Its just a little bit more for the balancer and tensioner pulley. I have a 2.6" pulley ordered for my car too.

 

So, buy your pulley drive, plus fuel parts, plus a ls9 blower, plus a heat exchanger, and this thing will send it? right? (water pump 09 up if applicable ) I've got a friend shopping for a PD blower right now. Would we have to fab hoses and fittings for IC?

 

​​​Yes! Everything got belt drive is included. You must have 09 or newer ls3 or ls7 wp and relocate power steering reservoir. Hoses and fitting for heat exchanger and all of the cooling stuff youll have to get. I can tell you what I run and it worked great even in 95f heat!

Could you possibly run an electric water pump with this you think, 09+ up style of course?

 

I would think so as long as there's a pulley in the same spot as the stock water pump. I've never played with electric water pumps.

 

shipped a partial kit out last week. Customer has received it. He already had a secondary drive kit.

 

I can change the lower pulley out to a sexier one like the top idler for another $75. Going to get one for my setup first to make 100% sure its good to go first.

 

This is awesome! I'm not ready to step up to the bigger blower yet, but I'm hoping enough people are so you keep making this available.

Yes I have another zr1 engine and blower but I don't have all the accessories

 

Ok, yes my kit will work. Can do 8 or 10 rib. My setup uses a much shorter belt amd has more belt wrap on both pulleys. Pm we what pulley ratio and we can talk tomorrow. Im getting ready to start work and dont use phone at work.
