Are the dive planes attached to the splitter? Does this require drilling into the bumper? Or is it all one piece mounting?

The dive planes to require cutting into the bumper just like the OEMs. We have a splitter that does not have openings for canards if you would prefer to not cut the bumper and add a splitter.
