Oil change gone bad
What would u do if your oil analyst came back perfectly good and then u found metal on your magnetic drain plug but nothing in the pleats of your filter when you cut it open. Would u change the oil and run the car to see if you have more metal on your magnetic drain plug or start looking for a new motor?

I have metal on the magnet in my nearly 300k mi 5.3. Been like that for 15yrs now
I have metal on the magnetic in my 7500mi 408. Been like that over a year now
Oil changes and send it. Tahoe has original pump still and she's holding 40psi hot idle
I don't know what the metal is, or where it's from, but both engines run perfectly fine
