First ZR1 set delivered and on the road Forgelite SV00 Monoblock on Henry's Competition Yellow
Wanted to share a milestone for us our first C8 ZR1 fitment is out in the wild, and it did not disappoint.
Henry's Competition Yellow ZR1 is running the Forgelite SV00 Monoblock in 20x10 front / 21x13 rear, and the result speaks for itself. Fender-flush fitment with zero spacers exactly what you want on a car at this level. The SV00 is machined to spec for the ZR1's bolt pattern, center bore, and offset, so the fitment comes out right the first time.
The finish is Gloss Spanish Gold, and honestly we've done multiple rounds of renders trying to find what pairs best with Competition Yellow, and nothing on screen prepared us for how this looks in person. The warm gold against that yellow is something you have to see to believe.
The SV00 design features spoke surface elevation shifts and hollowed spokes for meaningful unsprung weight reduction over the factory forged option something that matters a lot on a twin-turbo flat-plane V8 platform built for track use.

One of the first C8 ZR1 with Alcon brakes fitted with aftermarket wheels in Canada. Forgelite SV00 Monoblock, 20x10 front / 21x13 rear, Satin Forged Charcoal.
This build was used as a reference vehicle to develop Forgelite's fitment spec for the C8 ZR1 with the factory Alcon big brake system. We measured caliper clearances hands-on, mapped fender fitment front and rear, and dialed in offset to achieve a flush stance with zero spacers. The data from this car is now the foundation for all our ZR1 Alcon fitments going forward.
The ZTK package and Alcon setup add fitment variables that don't exist on a standard ZR1. Having a real car to work from made all the difference. Forgelite can now offer guaranteed clearance across monoblock, multi-piece, and magnesium options built specifically around the Alcon braking system.
