Default Improving fitment and availability for C6 parts – Extreme Online Store

What’s up guys,

We’re Extreme Online Store. We’ve been working with Corvette parts for years, and recently we’ve been putting more focus into improving product consistency and overall reliability for the C6 platform.

Over time, we’ve been refining a large portion of our C6 lineup to ensure better fitment across different model years and setups. Many parts have been re-measured, adjusted, and test-fitted on real vehicles to make sure everything lines up properly before release.

We’ve also implemented a dedicated QC process to maintain consistent quality across different production batches.

On the operations side, we’ve made several improvements as well. Our updated inventory system helps improve stock accuracy and reduce availability issues. We’ve also introduced a pre-order system to provide clearer expectations on timing.

Most orders ship the same day or next day, and delivery across the U.S. typically takes around 2–5 days. Some larger items may require additional handling time.

We’re continuing to refine both our products and systems, and always open to feedback from the community.

If there’s anything you’d like to see improved or developed for the C6 platform, feel free to comment or DM. Our team will take a close look.

I had issues with the two main mounting tabs on the diffuser I purchased. See the pics which reference measurements from OEM diffuser mounting points to the EOS mounting points. I had to drill and use new rivnuts on my car in order to secure them as merely heating and bending the EOS tabs wasn't going to get it done. Note the photos underneath the car looking up at the mounting points, this was AFTER I heated the tabs and bent them as alignment was worse before. Overall I'm happy with the product. It would be great if you offered this in glossy black as well as that was an additional charge I had to spend on my own.

I would be interested in the in 05-13 c6 rear trunk lid wing spoiler in gloss black, carbon fiber is just not my favorite look ymmv.

I want the rear diffuser as shown but in Gloss Black, but also want to be certain the Hanger Brackets are fixed as in correct location. Really like that look.

Thank you for your feedback—we really appreciate it. We’re currently improving our internal QC to address fitment consistency. If you run into any fitment issues in the future, please feel free to reach out to us directly— we’ll definitely take care of it.

I bought their rear spoiler. Great product.I didnt use that tape but I was scared drilling into the body making those holes....

Some one here gave me a good way to make them placement a lot easier. Now the two center near third brake light will mate up the the hole in stock location. So before installing I put paper on spoiler and marked were the other four holes were and taped that paper to the spoiler.
Then installed in stock location. Then taped the template down to the body and removed from spoiler.
Removed spolier and drilled holes they were pretty close

On your ZR1 style Extended Rear Trunk Spoiler. Do the mounting holes align with the factory mounting holes if one already has the ZR1 factory applied spoiler?

Also, since they no longer make the Katech version extended rear spoiler. Is your version similar in size?

I hope the splash guards for the rear of the side skirts will get improved figment. I bought the carbon fiber set for my 2012 Grand Sport and the splash guards absolutely did not fit. They did not match the curvature of the wheel well plus had a bit of a twist to them compared to them OEM shape. The response I got initially was that tightening the screws would pull it into the shape of the wheel well; that might work with the flexible ABS plastic parts but absolutely does not with the carbon fiber parts which had no flexibility at all. After exchanging them for another set that had the exact same issues, I eventually had to purchase another set from another manufacturer, which fit perfectly. I sent pictures of the differences between the two hoping it would help resolve fitment issues in the future.

We do have a QC department, and we are actively re-scanning most of our parts to improve overall fitment and consistency. Feedback like yours is very helpful for us to identify areas that need improvement
We will continue working on improving the fitment for future production.

Thank you for checking in. At this time, we do not have an exact update yet on when the gloss black option will be available. We are still working on it and will need more time before it hits our shelves.

"improving fitment and availability for C6 parts"

I waited 6 months for headlights. On an item with "5-6 week lead time". And they're delivered to me BROKEN and with several FLAWS.

3157 turn signal socket doesn't lock or fit or seal, which will let dirt dust and debris in. The adjusters don't do anything for the beam pattern. Broken pegs that hold on the gaskets. Deformed gaskets that don't hug the lights.

I wish I was making this crap up. I ordered through Cole at Vette Lights so he has to deal with these people to get me a return label and new set. I inquired numerous times over the 6 month period and I just got copy and paste responses from EOS support of "we have no orders on record" or "5-6 week wait time" or "go to your vendor". And it took as long as 72 hours to get a response.

Cole still has no reply from them going back 36+ hours.

I am beyond frustrated. I had plans for further EOS carbon fiber parts. No longer.

Forgive me, but after 6 months, I am D O N E being patient or nice.

Unfortunately, that doesn’t help me since a year later after my purchase I’ve still got a brand new set of your splash guards sitting in the box in the corner of my garage taking up space because they don’t fit anything, just like the others I exchanged didn’t fit.

Against my better judgment, I recently ordered another front splitter from you because they were the only ones in stock at the moment and the first one was actually one part that fit decent. Well, this one is terrible! It doesn’t fit right, has a gap on the drivers side, almost like it’s warped, and the carbon fiber weave patterns are as crooked and wavy as the Tail of the Dragon! At least the first one had mostly straight weave lines. I don’t consider this an improvement. It’s probably going to end up as just as backup til I can get one made from another manufacturer that cares about consistency and quality.

The problem with modern society because of the internet and social media a product or company has thousands of positive transactions but no one hears of them. A company has one issue and EVERYONE hears about it. Times are tough for businesses.
