that’s basically what the fluid cost. Cheapest I have ever heard. Plus it takes about 30 minutes to get the belly pans off…..lol
I bought 10 Liters of Trans fluid last August for $294. shipped to me from Summit. Quick search today is $331 shipped from Tasca. It took me about 2 1/2 hours to change the fluid and filter..

yeah, I’ll be doing this in November as well. Having a lift is a world of difference
The fill is not that hard through the side plug with the wheel off.
I used a 3 foot plastic tube and a funnel for the track fill 2 qts.
Had my friend pouring the fluid in the funnel, while I was inside the fender well holding the tube to make sure it did not fall out.
Done in 15 minutes. 10 minutes of that was raising and lowering the car.
Need to make sure the price they are quoting is for fluid exchange, not the canister filter. The service writers often get that confused. Just had my DCT fluid changed on my '23 SR, and initially they quoted me $650, which is the same as what they charged me for the canister filter change last month. So I talked to another writer who is familiar with the C8 requirements and he said book labor for the fluid exchange was 4.5 hrs plus fluid. Total was just over $1500.

I don't know where they come up with these inflated labor times, 4 1/2 hours for a drain and fill is ridiculous. When I had my filter changed it took the tech less than hour from lift up to lift down.
