New nylon cable installed in a nice used antenna out of a low mile 79,
The outer mast tube is dented from someone elses attempt to fix, just cosmetic and will be hard to see when installed,
Mint antenna sections and nice load coil.
Operates like new.

It will fit a 78 but is not "correct".
78 has a different fit at the fender, will need beveled spacer under the chrome bezel as the 78 has a smooth opening with a snap in black bezel and 79 uses chrome bezel to attach instead of the upper bracket used on 78.
I believe I do have a bevel spacer and correct lower bracket.
It is direct wire in but you would need to cut and splice wires as 78 does not have the connector.
