Hey guys. New guy here. Have a 2011 Corvette Grand Sport. Had quiet a few problems keeping the battery alive. After troubleshooting, the easiest solution was to install a battery tender. I noticed there was nothing really out there on the market for a clean way to install the battery tender. You either have to leave the hatch open, crack a window, ect. So I 3d printed this design:
This kit was designed to take all of the guess work out of installing a magnetic battery tender. Template and instructions included ensuring every install is a perfect fit. Made with OEM grade plastic and extremely high attention to detail instructions. This eliminates the need to leave a window down, keep the hatch open, pinch wires, ect. when charging a battery.
Can easily be adapted to fit any make/model vehicle/trailer/mower/go cart/ATV
Customer will also need to purchase:
-Magnetic Trickle Charger Adapter | 6V - 12V Quick Connect (NOT INCLUDED)
-Your choice of Battery Tender (NOT INCLUDED). Must use SAE connectors or additional modification will be required. Everything included in my kit: Template (to cut), bezel, grommet, enclosure and magnetic cover Finished product when not charging the car Exposed magnetic opening to plug the charger in Charger in use What it looks like (ready to install), outside of the car.
Great job on this kit! I appreciate the attention to detail.
I’m guessing the bumper cover needs to be cut for installation on a C6 Corvette as shown in the video. I’m wondering if you or any of your buyers have come up with an alternate location that would still be fairy easy to access yet not requiring any cutting or drilling. Modifying my rear bumper cover is not an option for me.

I actually came up with a version 2. In that version you remove the passenger side license plate light and it fits in that opening. That way you don't have to cut anything but still get the functionality. Let me know if you'd like one.

Hey Matt,
Now we’re talking. I ordered the standard version #1 awhile back and was going to modify it and now there is no need to. Just placed my new order for version #2.
Thanks !!
Installed this about 2 months ago. Matt is awesome and LOVE this kit. He also was nice enough to label the cover "ZR1" or whatever you want. Highly recommend!!!
