Congrats. What is your impression of the Z06 so far?
Honestly I was very underwhelmed the first 45 min of the drive while in touring mode. Once I put it in Sport mode I realized it was a different car, however, i didnt really get to play too much. It's a very refined car especially when I compare to my SC C5. The C5 actually feels a little wilder at 650hp. I know it's not but it feels like the power is always there if that makes sense.
Congrats ! Great choice on the 2023 Anniversary. I also have a 23 and prefer them over subsequent models for better infotainment screen area, no subscriptions, fewer nannies. If you have not tried the Track setting yet, get ready for some fun .
Track mode today...looking forward to really tapping into the performance. The previous owner took rally good care of it...PPF the entire car. Can someone tell me what radar/jamming system this is? There are 2 sensors in each front and rear.

Coming from a similat HP SC car, it will be getting use to. Understanding where the power band and the nature of this engine is the key. I have to remind myself to drop 2-3 gears if I want to be in the sweet spot of the power band.
Wish you happy crusing in the miles to come!

Sage advice here. This car should live in track mode IMO.

Again, pure wisdom. I’ve been thinking about getting myself a left wrist tattoo that I could see with my hand on the wheel that simply says “downshift fool”. That, track mode and “hold on” is pretty much all you need to know.
I read so many lack of torque posts here I was almost afraid to buy one. But I did anyway (thank goodness!) and after buying one I have become a bit addicted to early YouTube videos of reviewers giving the Z06 the beans through the gears. It pulls like a freight train, sounds glorious and to a man they are giddy with exhilaration, praise and excitement. Not a single complaint about torque. Not a mention. The key is to drop down a gear or two and let ‘er go! It turns 8600 FFS. That’s what it’s made for. Keep it serviced meticulously and don’t worry about it!

Yep! I went C8 SR, Z06, then E-Ray and now back to a 70th Z06. Once you've driven the LT6, the sound and revs just get under your skin. But yes, you absolutely need to either be in Track mode for auto shifting, or better yet drive it in manual. Mine's in manual almost all the time when I'm by myself, the only time it's in Auto and Tour is when my wife's in the car.

Looks like An Escort system--what does it say when you power it up?

I'd never pay for a custom install unit, but the Radenso RC M gets pretty good feedback. Supposedly not quite as much range as top line windshield mounts and they often don't get updated as often.
After a ton of Chat GPT questions finally realized it was a Radenso RC M w/front and rear AL Priority laser sensors.
Radenso is pretty much fell off the map in the RD business, but you do have the best Jammers for sure! Need to find an Install shop that may have a couple laser guns that they can test the setup for you to make sure they are working correctly!
Congrats- the car should live in Z mode (push button twice) not track. Only track for the track or you can damage the car. Setup Z mode correctly and it will perform and feel like track mode but safe for street. Drive in Manuel mode for added fun.
